We offer as low as 1 piece for available stock if needed as a sample. Normally 500-1000pcs for customized branding. For neutral products/packaging, we accept much smaller MOQ up to 100pcs. We are flexible and practical in providing solutions.
How do you manage quality control?
We have a reliable and strict quality control system with 100% aging testing before packaging. We care for product quality as the lifeblood of our brand and conduct rigorous control from raw materials to final assembly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We recommend Trade Assurance. We also accept T/T, Western Union, Cash, and other options. D/P, D/A, and L/C terms are equally acceptable.
What are the shipment options?
Usually via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or TNT. For bulk orders, we ship by air or sea. EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, CIF, and DAP terms are all available to save your logistics costs.
What is the lead time for orders?
We can manufacture deliverable products within 30-45 days from confirmed design files. Lead time is significantly less for neutral products with neutral packaging.
