What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We offer as low as 1 piece for available stock as a sample. Normally we accept 500-1000pcs for customized brands. If you accept neutral product and packaging, we accept smaller MOQ up to 100pcs.
How do you manage quality control?
We have a reliable and strict quality control system, including 100% aging testing before packaging. We also welcome third-party inspections to ensure quality throughout the production process.
What are the available payment options?
We recommend Trade Assurance, but also accept T/T, Western Union, Cash, D/P, D/A, and L/C.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
We can manufacture deliverable products within 30-45 days from confirmed design files. Lead time can be shorter for neutral products with neutral packaging.
What shipment methods do you offer?
Usually by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or TNT. For bulk shipment, we also ship by air or sea depending on your demand (EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, CIF, DAP terms available).
